I chose “Cloud Data Confidentiality Analysis” as my project title.
I am very interested in learning more and more about cloud computing. I have already a good experience of working with AWS cloud as a part of my course work. So I want to investigate the cloud more. Presently, only the security concern is a hurdle in the growth of cloud-computing. Data confidentiality is on the top list of the security issues of the cloud. To ensure confidentiality of data, Encryption is widely used method. That is why I really want to go with the analysis of various Encryption techniques. While trying to find about the Encryption methods, I came across many relevant research reports as well as scholar articles that I would like to use as a reference for my research study. Research is going on the cloud encryption on a large scale. The basic idea of all these is to improve the cloud-data confidentiality up to maximum extent. According to the research by the Ponemon Institute, USA As per the conducted survey among IT professionals in the US, UK, EU and Asia Pacific- Encryption is growing in importance of Data security, but it is not widely implemented in the present time. A Microsoft based research is also going on regarding the cloud data confidentiality named as-Crypto Cloud Computing.

To answer my above mentioned question, I will do proper literature survey. I will also make myself up to date in technical world news. I will also watch various videos of good cloud scholars. Only, after an appropriate amount of background study I will start my analysis
